Company History

Marley D. Martin founded International Line Builders, Inc. and Highline Equipment Company in 1983. Marley was a lineman who had held almost every position within the line construction trade. He operated all types of equipment on a line crew and built almost any type of system his utility clients requested. After 30 years of working for other contractors around the country, Marley decided to try a private venture of his own and ILB was born.
