At International Line Builders, we feel that safety is the most important core value of our company. We truly value the lives, health and safety of our employees and have a sincere desire to ensure that each and every one of them return home to friends and family injury-free at the end of every workday. Creating and maintaining the safest possible work environment for our employees is the beginning of everything we do at International Line Builders.

Our management team believes that Safety, Quality and Productivity are all grown from the seeds of safe work behavior which sprout under management’s commitment to a safe workplace. They are watered when every newly hired employee is given a thorough and effective New Hire Safety Orientation. These seedlings are then nurtured when safe work behavior is incorporated into all aspects of our projects by supervisors providing employees with rules and guidelines for safe work performance. These safe work procedures are communicated to employees through the use of a Project/Job Hazard Analysis, Daily Job Briefings and Daily Task Hazard Analyses, as well as Weekly Safety Meetings. Safe work behaviors are then reinforced throughout our projects by Site Safety Inspections conducted by all levels of ILB management. The fruits of these efforts are fully realized by the company as a healthier, happier and more productive workforce is grown and developed.
